The Termination of Innocent Life

Abortion "terminates the life of a whole, separate, unique, living human being." (Planned Parenthood Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota v. Rounds)

Life begins at Conception and your mother's womb should not be your grave.

"Because he did not slay me in the womb, so that my mother might have been my grave, and my conception would have remained in the womb forever." Jeremiah 20:17 "You shall not murder" Exodus 20:13"There are six things the Lord hates, seven that are detestable to him: hands that shed innocent blood," Prov. 6:16,17b"Rescue those who are unjustly sentenced to die; save them…" Proverbs 24:11a

ABORTION is Black and White. There are No Gray Areas.

The Exceptions of rape, incest and the life of the mother are "Pro-Choice". Biblical Pro-Life has NO exceptions. (Rape 1.0%, Incest .05%, Life of Mother .001%)

Killing an innocent unborn child for someone else's crime is not reasonable, rational or biblical. The circumstances of conception do not change truth, facts, or warrant murder. "Parents must not be put to death for the sins of their children, nor children for the sins of their parents. Those deserving to die must be put to death for their own crimes." Deuteronomy 24:16. In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) is Not Pro-Life. Eliminating selected embryos is murder. (50-85% are destroyed)

Children in the womb do not become disposable because of a diagnosis. Every life has value and purpose. "You formed me with your hands; you made me... You guided my conception and formed me in the womb. You clothed me with skin and flesh, and you knit my bones and sinews together. You gave me life and showed me your unfailing love." Job 10:8a,10-12a

God Created Man and Gives Life at Conception

"Then God said, "Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, … So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them." Genesis 1:26a-27 "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born, I consecrated you; I have appointed you a prophet to the nations." Jeremiah 1:5 The Lord knows each one and has an intended destiny for them even before they were conceived."Just as you cannot understand the path of the wind (life breath) or the mystery of a tiny baby growing in its mother's womb, so you cannot understand the activity of God, who does all things. Ecclesiastes 11:5"For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be." Psalm 139:13-16"…The Lord called Me from the womb; from the body of My mother, He named Me… And now the Lord says—he who formed me in the womb to be his servant…" Isaiah 49:1b,5a

There is Forgiveness

"But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin. If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a liar and his word is not in us." 1 John 1:7-10"In him (Jesus) we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace." Ephesians 1:7"When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our sins, having canceled the charge of our legal indebtedness, which stood against us and condemned us; he has taken it away, nailing it to the cross." Col 2:13-14

The Romans Road to Salvation

Step 1

Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God."

We all are sinners and were born under the power of sin's control. Aside from Jesus Himself, no one is good enough or has ever lived a sinless life. Our sin separates us from a relationship with the Living and Holy God.

Pray – Jesus, I recognize and admit that I am a sinner.

Step 2

Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."

The penalty for our sin is death and separation from God for all of eternity but understand that there is a free gift of eternal salvation from God available to you.

Pray – God, please forgive me of my sin against you.

Step 3

Romans 5:8 "But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us."

God proved His love for you by sending His only son Jesus to die on the Cross and shed His innocent blood to pay for your sins.

Pray – God, thank You for loving me. Jesus, thank You for shedding your innocent blood and dying on the Cross for my sins.

Step 4

Romans 10:9-10 "If you declare with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved."

Pray while Believing in Your Heart – Jesus, I confess You as Lord and ask that You save me and be my Lord. I give my life to You and ask that You're resurrection power live in and through me.

Step 5

Romans 10:13 "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."

Pray – Jesus, I call upon Your name and thank You for saving me. I will follow You all of my days.

Step 6

Romans 8:1 "Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus."

Pray – Thank You Lord that now I am in Christ and walk free of the guilt and shame of my past sin. I am a new creation in You forever. Amen
